Wow, after months of Facebook friends nagging me to start a blog about my passion for champers, cocktails and cooking, I have finally published. I can thank unemployment for this! I just have to figure out how to customise and edit.

Hi Prue, My fave champagne is Pol Roger! However for my “go to” bubbly I find that most of the Tasmanian sparklings are very acceptable. I do like Arras and and 42 Degrees South
